Coumadin generic or brand name generics (1) A medical practitioner shall not dispense, sell, or give a prescription for medication to person other than: (a) a registered health professional (within the meaning of Medicines Act 1989 ); or (b) a person who is registered under the Therapeutic Goods Act 2003 after the commencing coumadin 5 mg salcobrand date of Therapeutic Goods (Prescription Assistance) Regulations 2003.
